Quebec multi-pathogen bulk milk testing

Quebec conducts a program to test bulk milk for the presence and count of E. coli, the presence and count of E. coli (shiga toxin), Campylobacter spp. presence, Salmonella spp. presence, Listeria monocytogenes presence, and Staphylococcus aureus. This program is operated by the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAPAQ).
