Although we are still early in the planning stages for the 2023 conference, there are some details we can share. Western Poultry Conference will be held on morning of both days of Pork Congress (June 14 & 15). After a morning of educational content, you are invited to experience the trade show at the Pork Congress. We will be collaborating with the Pork Congress organizing committee to provide a trade show experience that provides value to pork and poultry producers.
